The LAW has clearly established that financial institutions are not permitted to sell or disclose my nonpublic information without my written instruction, consent, or permissible purpose, and that I must have the opportunity to OPT OUT. I was not given this opportunity, and this is a violation of the FCRA, GLBA, and FDCPA. These are the specific violations that have occurred and the laws that make these actions unlawful with a penalty and remedy if pursued in court : 1. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX illegally shared transactions and experiences on my consumer reports. This is a direct violation of 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( I ), which states that reporting information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report should not be reported. 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX disclosed nonpublic personal information to a non-affiliated third party without providing me with the required notice under 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ). With knowing the law, I DEMAND that the transactions and experiences of the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account must be removed from all my consumer reports. I have registered a fee schedule with the court clerk in my jurisdiction. If this matter is not resolved within 7 days, I will take legal action, including but not limited to reporting this activity to all government entities and regulating agencies. I will seek out the IRS, SEC, FTC, FBI, FinCEN, OCC, FCC, CFPB, all applicable governors of the corresponding states, all applicable District Attorneys of corresponding states, all applicable Attorney Generals of corresponding states, and the Department of Justice to create and impose litigation and arbitration amongst all parties involved. Then I will seek legal representation ( with whom I already have an attorney on retainer ) to purse remedy based on my registered fee schedule and the unlawful acts that have occurred. My fee schedule includes the credit reporting agencies must pay me {$1000.00} per day for each day that they continue to report this false and fraudulent information. Also, after 15 days the credit reporting agencies must pay me an additional {$20000.00} in attorney fees. Additionally, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX must pay me {$2500.00} per day for each day that they continue to violate the FDCPA and engage in unfair and deceptive practices. I thank all parties involved for taking swift actions in resolving my matter at hand and obeying the law as I am demanding this XXXX XXXXXXXX account being removed IMMEDIATELY.
