XXXX and Experian continue to furnish a negative item on my consumer report. I have sent a certified letter to both parties requesting my wet signature on the contract that states that I will pay the debt that's in question. It's well past 30 days, I haven't received requested items. I demand deletion IMMEDIATELY!!! In the letter I sent it clearly state if XXXX Continues to report negative item after receiving the cease and desist letter, that damages are owed. I continue to receive a email from Experian that XXXX promise that the account belongs to me, but haven't sent the requested items. My rights have been VIOLATED 15 USC 1692 and 15 USC 1611. Also if account has been charged off, that debt has been paid which means the account is canceled. 18 USC 8. With the help of the CFPB I With move forward with seeking damages. I continue to be ignored. I will use all complaints with the CFPB to hold everyone accountable. Please see the attached letter that was sent. Account that's in question is unsecured loan opened on XX/XX/20, account number XXXX. Account number used in the letter was from XXXX, but letter was certified sent to XXXX and was received.
