XXXX XXXX XXXX charged off my credit card. I filed complaint XXXX with your agency that it was being reported on my credit beyond the statute of limitations. Although they removed it from my credit file, they are still attempting to collect this debt from me and still have it listed in my statement of accounts as owed despite the bank charging it off and receiving a tax deduction for the loss several over seven years ago.
