Consumer Narrative
Thursday XX/XX/XXXX, the company took the payment. After waiting for almost 2-3 months, I never received my service nor help from the institution therefore I thought paying upfront would change things. After trying to contact them, I haven't gotten any assistance. The whole thing felt like a scam so I decided it would be best to dispute the institution and apply somewhere else. Once I got the confirmation about the dispute going through, I then went ahead and applied to a different institution. This then effected my credit score from XXXX 's to XXXX 's. A month later, l all of a sudden now received a chargeback into my account. Ruining my credit score 2x than what it already did
