On XX/XX/2023 I received an alert on my XXXX account so I went to take a look at what it was, then I seen that a collection appeared for XXXX for the amount of {$1500.00} dollars I called XXXX immediately and reported that the account did not belong to me or that someone is fraudulently using my credentials because Ive never had XXXX as my phone carrier they then responded that I should make a police report and file a complaint with the cfbp as I am doing now. Then XXXX placed a fraud alert on my file but then I also went to my XXXX to investigate there and I see the same collection that shouldnt be there also
