On XX/XX/ my XXXX XXXX ending in... XXXX is charged with sending my payment of {$340.00} to CarMax Auto finance. Carmax did not post the XX/XX/XXXX payment and charged me a penalty for a late payment. They maintain they did not receive the payment I had to make the payment again. XXXX insist that they transmitted the monies to the bank for CarMaxAutoFinance and they provided a banking transmission number. ( See attachments ). CarMax will not acknowledge what happened to that banking transfer. I want CarMax to refund the monies or provide information to XXXX XXXX that they never received these moneys. Then XXXX XXXX can refund my money. Where is my {$340.00}? Who has my {$340.00}?
