Upon reviewing my XXXX consumer credit profile, I noticed a pre approved credit card offer. I took advantage and submitted an application only to be denied. That is false and misleading practices as well as denying a consumer access to their own credit. My application was submitted in good faith and under the impression that I was pre approved. It is my right to be extended credit and not to be discriminated against in any way in accordance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Consumer Credit Protection Act. My SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER was provided which means there is a consumer credit transaction because there is a consumer involved. Denying me access to my securities is securities fraud.
