XX/XX/XXXXXXXX ( today ) Contacted AmEx ( XXXX ) and reviewed the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX letter : 1. ) " ... after a recent review, your American Express account ( s ) listed above ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) have been cancelled. '' This is false. In fact the account should have been XXXX-out and cancelled on XX/XX/XXXX. Eventually, XXXX found the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX interaction and agreed. 2. ) " No further charges will be approved. '' " Please contact ... compan [ ies ] [ that ] have any recurring charges on these accounts... to ensure these bills do not go unpaid.
