Experian, has chosen to ignore and deny the FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( 2 ), FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), FCRA Section 605B, FCRA 609 ( e ), 15 USC 1611, FDCPA 809 ( b ). Furthermore to ignore and deny my rights of being a Victim of Identity Theft. Experian continues to violate FCRA by re-reporting an account that has already been Deleted and Removed. Experian has taken the law into their own hands to be bigger than Federal Law that governs them of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
