On XXXX XXXX I paid PHH Mortgage XXXX .The check cleared on XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I received a letter stating I was in default of my loan because they didnt receive my payment.I wen to my bank on XX/XX/XXXX and got a signed copy from the bank showing the check had been paid.Because when I faxed the first copy they also claimed they couldnt read it. So thats when I went to the bank.I have emailed, faxed and mailed letters over and over and every time they say they can read it or its not legible.The last letter I received was XXXX XXXXsaying I was in default! I havent missed a payment I pay my mortgage every month.they have also added late fees to this loan. I dont know what to do.my nights are sleepless because of this. I would like to file a complaint against PHH Mortgage! Thanks XXXX
