I received the card in the mail. I never opened an account, never used the card that was mailed to me, and destroyed the card that was mailed to me. I can't even access through their website, as I never set up an account. I never received any statement showing why they are charging me for something I did not ask for and did not use. I only noticed it when it showed up on my credit report. Now they just continue to report me delinquent, adding more costs onto the balance without any explanation. Experian simply reported my dispute as : " Remains - The company that reported the information has certified to Experian that the information is accurate. This item was not changed as a result of our processing of your dispute. '' So, if a company tells Experian their information is accurate, even when they are knowingly lying, there is no recourse? If they insist I owe them, why don't they send me a statement, showing where these charges were incurred? I have never used this account, and it needs to be closed and removed from my credit report.
