I NEED help getting this off my credit report by these CRIMINLAS, KIKOFF LENDING. There is no record for me opening, paying to join, or paying a fee to KIKOFF, yet it shows I made payments in XXXX, AND XXXX and missed a payment in XXXX. Account supposedly opened XX/XX/XXXX, yet showing a first payment made on XX/XX/XXXX, followed by payments in XXXX ( not reflected in any of my bank accounts anywhere ). That is the FIRST RED FLAG AND FLASE REPORT. I HAVE SENT NUMBEROUS EMAILS, MAILED PAPER LETTERS, CALLED, ETC. TELLING THIS TRASH COMPANY THAT THIS WAS NOT ME AND SHOWING PROOF THAT I ASKED FOR THIS TO BE CLOSED AND IMMEDIATELY DELETED IN 2 SEPERATE EMAILS IN XXXX AND YET YET AGAIN IN XXXX AFTER SEEING THIS WAS FRAUDULENTLY OPENED IN MY NAME ( TO WHICH I GET NO REPLY ). I didnt use THE {$250.00} from KIKOFF THEY CLAIM AND ARE CHARGING ME XXXX A MONTH FOR. THEY ARE DESTROYING MY LIFE OVER XXXX dollars! THEY ARE SICK! I wouldn't even know where to go to pay this. I am starting a petition to make sure these CRIMINALS get shut down and REMOVE the false information on my credit report. Please do research and see there are THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE IN MY SHOES WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS TO THIS SCAM. I did not open this account, I asked for it to be deleted in XXXX and XXXX. Account should have been deleted LONG BEFORE MY " MISSED PAYMENT '' THEY REPORTED FOR XXXX. I wont stop until this XXXX is 100 % off. This is illegal and erroneous reporting. They are fraud. I've asked NUMEROUS TIMES to be provided proof of my signature for this " loan '' and PROOF OF the {$250.00} used and have got nothing in 6 months. They have no working phone number. EMAILS GO UNANSWERED OR ARE ANSWERED BY ROBOTS and it seems theyve blocked my emails now. Please help. Attached are emails to them in XXXX and XXXX that went unanswered asking to close this account, a formal police report Ive filed and submitted to them for fraud/identity theft. Please do your due diligence. I BEG YOU TO HELP REMOVE THIS MISSED PAYMENT AND this entire ACCOUT IN FULL OFF OF MY CREDIT REPORTS AT ALL BUREAUS. I have attached a few emails but have HUNDREDS more. I DO NOT OWN THIS ACCOUNT. I have PERFECT payment history, I wouldnt skip a {$20.00} payment. It has ruined my life and credit bc now I lost the home I was purchasing bc it dropped my score XXXX points.
