I opened a XXXX XXXX account on XX/XX/2012. The account is now XXXX XXXX XXXX and by law it should have been removed from my credit report. I request that this item be removed from my XXXX, XXXX and Equifax credit reports. Every time I dispute this account XXXX updates my account to a current date and they keep doing this to illegally keep this XXXX year debt on my credit report even though I have made no action on this account in years other than trying to dispute it. I want it removed asap or I will take legal action with this creditor.
