I had an unknown charge in XX/XX/2023. Chime bank deactivated the card and sent me a new one. The first card never made it here, the second card was a replacement debit card ( wrong card ) I have contacted customer service countless times and they keep claiming they sent replacement cards and I still never receive them, Chime also deactivated my debit card without my knowledge or consent, and now I have no physical card to to to an ATM or make in store purchases. All they did was issue me virtual cards that I can use for paying bills on line and making online orders. It is now XXXX and I still have no cards. Chime tried claiming it was my address, however, my friend had his Chime debit card replacement sent to my address and it made it here just fine. I asked a supervisor at Chime if I can speak to someone who handles the cards being sent, she claimed to not know or dont have access to logistics.
