I, XXXX XXXX XXXX recently reviewed my XXXX credit report after receiving a notification of a new account on XXXX, XXXX and immediately noticed a company called Amerifinancial Solutions LLC since changed name from XXXX which I did not recognize, give consent or any authorization. I also noticed on my credit report this line item : Loan Type : Collection Agency/Attorney. I immediately felt like I was under arrest and experienced feelings of distress and harassment. Next, I reached out to the company to validate the alleged amount owed, advised to cease and desist all collection activities until proof of validation, any contract or business associate agreement with original creditor, license to do business in my state and all account details of the transaction or alleged services received via certified mail delivered on XX/XX/. I also asked Amerifinancial Solutions LLC to confirm how they received my information. On XX/XX/XXXX I only received a letter from Amerifinancial Solutions LLC which stated XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA was their client and had provided a itemized statement. Amerifinancial Solutions LLC misrepresented a fictious client relationship and created a deception that XXXX XXXX XXXX PA is their client when in fact this alleged amount is not being pursued by the original creditor. Further, listing tradeline as an Attorney ( loan type ) when in fact there is no intent to pursue legally and creating further deception and representation. Other inaccuracies are present on my credit report as well. Further, Amerifinancial Solutions LLC did not confirm any HIPAA business associate agreement involving XXXX. Somehow they have falsely received detailed information about my health and medical history. Which I consider as identity theft, misrepresentation, deceptive and outright violations of the US code.
