Non-disclosure : First Progress failed to disclose to me that they would be charging the obligation to me instead of the principle. Mail fraud : First Progress mailed statements to me using deceptive language and implying that I owed a debt. Securities theft : First Progress stole my securities by bundling them with other debt instruments and selling them on the primary and secondary market without my consent. Interference of beneficiary right to benefit of proceeds : First Progress interfered with my right to benefit from the proceeds of my securities by bundling them with other debt instruments and selling them on the primary and secondary market without my consent. Breach of contract : First Progress breached our contract by charging the obligation to me instead of the principle and by bundling and selling my securities without my consent.
