My credit repair specialist has sent in multiple documents to XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax as they continue to violate my FCRA rights in many ways over the past year! I've gone through CFPB and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have refused to remove the fraudulent and inaccurate items off of my credit report. My only other option will be to contact the Attorney General 's office and the CEO of XXXX, XXXX and Equifax about their unethical practices at their companies. On XX/XX/XXXX, there was a CFPB complaint sent in. This case was closed, with the fraudulent items STILL on my report! And here I am 1 year later, still fighting for my rights. I filed with the CFPB again on XX/XX/XXXX. This is my last time doing this and I will sue all 3 companies. Everything that I have ever filed will be attached to this complaint for proof. Additionally, there have been new things added to my credit report that do not belong to me. What will it take for the credit bureaus to stop allowing false accounts to be added to my report?!
