In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act, 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. secondly, i have the right to sue if i think consumer bureaus are preventing me from getting certain loans or benefits by reporting false information on my report. I got notified of a collection account from Transunion about a debt collection from a company called XXXX XXXX. I do not recognize the company or have ever done business with the company. no debt validation letter was mailed to me or any details of how I got a loan through them. A debt validation letter was requested and none was ever sent and for this reasons I have the right to sue the bureaus for furnishing my account with unverified information which is affecting my credit and preventing me from certain benefits that require credits. I request the bureaus take out this information on my credit score or provide me with the neccessary information that they have that suggest I have done business with XXXX XXXX and the collection account is mine starting from sending me a debt validation letter if they fail to provide this then they must remove the collection account from XXXX XXXX
