I am writing to you regarding discrepancies I have found on my credit report. Account : XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Why is this account being reported with 2 different dates of last activity? 15 USC 1692 g validation of debt This account is written off as a charge off. This account is ran as a charge off and I have not received a 1099c cancellation of debt form. This account is inaccurate and is being reported on my credit report. I do not recognize how this account is reporting on my credit report. I do not recognize the account number. I do not recognize the account high balance and nor do I recognize the late payment associated with it everything reported here does not meet the FCRA. The negative item does not meet the FCRA reporting requirements. I do not understand why this item is being reported when I did not give written consent to share my information. This agency is in violation of 15 USC 1692g. they were also to notify me in writing 5 days prior, I was not notified.
