Consumer Narrative
Vystar violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act by discriminating against me because of my the good faith exercise of my right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. The actions below constituted aggravated identity theft by processing insurance underwriting without my permission. Collateral security of {$44000.00} for each transaction, totaled {$88000.00} plus interest that I did not receive. I didn't receive a loan, and I didn't authorize a transaction on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to the representative XXXX and requested a draft to give to XXXX of XXXX XXXX for the vehicle listed on the Buyers Order. The representative used my account information and SSN to obtain a credit report from the XXXX XXXX XXXX called XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was advised by XXXX that I didnt get approved because my XXXX XXXX was too low. I was not asked for a copy of my driver license and didnt sign anything because XXXX XXXX entering information in the computer. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX called my cellphone and asked me to call her. When I called XXXX back, she said she XXXX have a way to get me what I requested. She stated she needed me to send a copy of my driver license and to sign my name three times and faxed to her. Instead of faxing my driver license and signature, I drove to Vystar and gave the information in person. XXXX made a copy of my driver license and the XXXX signatures. She said she was speaking to someone and then told me that I was denied because of the low XXXX XXXX. While I in the office with XXXX, I received a notification on my cellphone alerting me that my SSN was used for hard pull on my credit report. I asked XXXX if she ran my XXXX again. She told me she didnt see a XXXX hard pull inquiry from XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that they tried to get me financed with XXXX XXXX who is in-house lender they use to try to get an approval when people have a low score. XXXX did not ask for my permission to use XXXX XXXX. XXXX did not get my permission to run my SSN a second time. Her actions are identity theft because she did not have my permission to use XXXX XXXX without my authorization XX/XX/XXXX. I did not input my own information and didnt sign an authorization or release of my SSN to be freely run as the representative did. I was not advised by XXXX that she was inputting my SSN with XXXX XXXX. I didnt authorize XXXX XXXX my SSN with a third party. XXXX checked the computer and advised that XXXX XXXX didnt approve my request because of the low XXXX XXXX. I was denied twice because of a credit store. I received a notice dated XX/XX/XXXX which stated, We obtained your credit score from the above referenced consumer reporting agency and used it in making our credit decision. Your credit score is a number that reflects the information in your credit report. On, XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The letter stated they provide insurance to the financial institution to support its lending operations. They were provided information from the consumer reporting agency. The letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX confirms this third party was provided my SSN to run a credit report that I did not authorize. I am also aware that I did not request insurance from this third party.
