I XXXX XXXX, consumer and natural person who is a victim of identity theft. Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX had used and furnished my consumer report without my authorization consent or written instruction. My information was shared to nonpublic personal information without my consent and also used that information to furnish. Congress makes it clear that the consumer has a right to privacy by failing to meet the needs of congress by ensuring that they exercise their responsibility with respect to the confidentiality of my personal information. The Fair Credit Reporting Act was intended to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their responsibility with fairness and respect to the consumer right to privacy Under the Gramm Leach Bliley Act of 1999. I enclosed all documentation social ID and statement.
