I opened this account with XXXX XXXX around XX/XX/XXXX and I had a XXXX XXXX {$3200.00}. In XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX for {$240.00} and XXXX setup AutoPay, In XXXX, XXXX my balance was XXXX " XXXX '' thru XX/XX/XXXX when I purchase a New Phone for {$630.00} after Rebates and deductions and had AutoPay still turned XXXX while checking my Credit scores, I noticed a significant drop in my XXXX score on Experian.com. I examined where the cause of the score drop was and it indicated it was from XXXX XXXX. I immediately called XXXX XXXX and spoke with someone in account services and they transferred me to their credit services division. I explained that my XXXX was still on and active when I signed into my online account and my payments weren't debited for XXXX ( XXXX ) months like they were in the past. The person told me that once my Account reaches zero " XXXX '' balance, I have to go back online and turn-off and turn-on XXXX again for it to be reset. I told her none of my other credit cards doesn't operates that way, but she insist that what I should have done. She said there's nothing she could do. I filed a sispute with Experian and nothing came of my case.I have all my credit cards on Autopay and I don't believe my XXXX score shold lowered because XXXX XXXX website was not functioning as it should.
