XXXX reported my payment as late for XXXX but I never got an email or message that the payment I made in XXXX never posted. I still don't know why it didn't post but they should have contacted me to let me know something happened. It could have very easily been an error on their website which is always down with issues. I have never missed a payment on anything and it's totally ridiculous that this was reported instead of alerting me. I demand that it be removed from my credit report. Once I found out the payment never was made I of course paid it and the XXXX XXXX.
