This company requires you to contact them to change your account number in order to make a payment. The do not have a customer service phone number and require you to email them. I have sent several emails regarding updating my linked account so that I can make my payment. I also mailed a money order that was received on XX/XX/16 per the tracking which also states the mail was delivered and left at the reception desk. That payment still has not been applied to my account. Now they will be reporting late payment against me when they have no way that I can make the payment. This is abuse and unfair practices.
