My loans are being held by Nelnet. I have applied for the SAVE program in XXXX but I never heard anything back. Student aid.gov just says my loan provider will pick my re-payment option, which they havent and I cant see any information about what they picked or if they even picked anything. Its impossible to get through on the phone to this company. They are operating like they are still in the XXXX with millions of lives being affected. A lawsuit should be brought to them. They are a monopoly and are purposely making everything difficult in order to collect late fees and occur more interest. This is predatory and should not be allowed. They are criminals and the fact that the federal government is in bed with them is a shame to this country.
