Navient contacted me for the XXXX time to tell me I owe fees. I am poor and XXXX. Navient is on my credit although never notified me of anything. Now for the first time Navient is fraudulently taking advantage of people with XXXX to charge fees. I notified CFPB of Navient on credit but was never notified of fees before. This is FRAUD AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE.
