This is my second notice asking the following credit bureaus XXXX, Experian and XXXX to remove This is my second notice asking the following credit bureaus XXXX, Experian and XXXX to remove the following account : XXXX aka XXXX aka XXXXXXXX XXXX account number : XXXX XXXX aka. account number XXXX aka : account number XXXX unsure why one account reports as three different names per consumer report with three different accounts numbers a different one on each report from my consumers report. Also remove all late payments attached with a XXXX account and change the payment status to current because of the Care Act. Under 15USC 1666B this is a billing error always paid on time, this is an error, and this account is in violation of the Care Act. Under 15 U.S. code 1681b Permissible purpose of consumers reports, I have NEVER given you written notice and consent to report ANYTHING on my consumer reports. As a consumer by law this account must be deleted, or late payments must be deleted immediately, or I will seek monetary compensation damages in small claims court in my state and city. The letter will also be sent to XXXX and Attorneys General Office and Federal trade commission. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) this company is in violation of my rights to privacy and information I want to be private that is posted on my report is a violation. Infringed upon my right of privacy, there are so many errors of FCRA violation, this account is unverifiable and inaccurate. from my consumers report.
