From XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX I was incarcerated. I had logged into my Chime Account and I noticed that there were Several Unauthorized transactions as well as Unauthorized Transfers. I contacted Chime and filed a dispute, to which they denied XXXX hours after I filed. I filed a rebuttal to the denial and provided them with the documents that prove my incarceration began and ending. They also denied that one as well. I filed a final rebuttal and Ive spoken to them and asked them why my disputes were getting denied, they only told me they were sending a copy of the documents they used to determine the outcome, which I never received. The total amount of money stolen from my account is roughly {$7500.00} and they refuse to help me get it back even though I have sent proof.
