I called Midland Mortgage to ask about Mortgage assistance. I was told that someone would CALL me back explaining the process etc. I never got a call! I received a letter stating that I would be notified if anything was needed. When I called to pay my mortgage for XXXX, they had changed my payment from {$2700.00} to {$3600.00} without notifying me about this or to see if I wanted this program in which I DO NOT! I tried to call and was unable to speak with anyone. I was not notified of this. Midland Mortgage did this without discussing this with me! I Am furious. I want to pay my regular payment and late charge for XXXX! Now, I cant pay it because when I called they had me with a payment twice as much. I did not ok this because no one called me with any information I want to pay my XXXX payment and they have changed the payment amount with my authorization.
