I filled a report ftc and police report for identity theft. For the last 8 months I have tried to open up an account with navy federal and was not able I called them and they said I had an account which I never did. They did restrict all account access Im currently building credit and working towards getting loan approvals. They refuse to open me up a account even with the information I have provided
