On XX/XX/2023 i applied for a line or credit with NETCREDIT and was denied my right to credit because of information inside my consumer report. information contained inside my consumer report is not a determining factor of credit and is a violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. Not only was I denied my right to credit but NETCREDIT also used my credit card ( ssn ) and I received no benefit from the use of my credit card. NETCREDIT is violating the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Consumer Credit Protection Act by denying me my right to credit. This has hindered me from providing basic necessities for my and my family. Denying me my right to credit has also hindered my unalienable rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
