CFPB, XX/XX/2023 To whom it may concern, On XX/XX/XXXX, I went on the XXXX XXXX website and noticed that my XXXX credit score had dropped XXXX points. Also, I've noticed that my Equifax scored dropped XXXX points. Therefore, I've contacted both XXXX and Equifax to no avail. They both told me that they were unable to disclose any information about my accounts with them. Both companies representative just gave me bureaucratic jargon. The only thing that was straightforward was the information posted on XXXX XXXX website which I have enclosed. XXXX website stated XXXX change : XXXX XXXX XXXX account balance decreased between XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 credit card balance decreased by {$170.00} from {$240.00} to {$70.00}. Note : Credit card limit is {$1300.00}. XXXX stated nice work you using less than XXXX presents. All payments made on time. Equifax XXXX changes were Balance increased, balance decreased, payments made on time and account information changed. Balance increased : XXXX XXXX balance increased between XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/XXXX by {$7.00} from {$9.00} to {$16.00}. Equifax stated great job you still using less than XXXX percent. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance decreased by {$170.00} from {$240.00} to {$70.00} Payments made on time Account information changed : I've spoken to representative in regards to this matter.
