AS MUCH AS I ENJOY BEING A XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CUSTOMER ON THE BANKING SIDE. BEING A CREDIT CUSTOMER HAS NOT BEEN SO GREAT. THEIR REPORTING IS VERY GLITCHY ALONG WITH THEIR NOTICES. I PAID OFF A CREDIT ACCOUNT AND FOR SOME ODD REASO THE XXXX XXXX REPORTED THE ACCOUNT AS CLOSED WITH A BALANCE, THEY HAVE FAILED TO REPORT THE XXXX USAGE STATUS TO THE BUREAUS FOR A WHILE AND ONCE THE ACCOUNT WAS REDUCED TO XXXX. AS OF TODAY THE BALANCE HAS SHOWED UP AGAIN AS UNPAID FOR {$980.00} WHICH AGAIN DAMAGES MY SCORES WHICH THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN AFFECTING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. THEIR OWN REPORTING REDUCED MY SCORE AND MADE ME NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR THE ACCOUNT WHICH THEY CLOSED BUT I PAID IT OFF PRIOR TO THE STATEMENT CLOSE AND REPORTING DATE AND THIS COMPANY DID NOT REPORT THAT. THEY KEEP THROWING THE DELINQUENT BALANCE AND INCREASED USAGE ON MY CREDIT WHICH IS GREATLY AFFECTING MY SCORE DURING A TIME WHEN I AM APPLYING FOR A LOAN AND UNDERGOING UNDERWRITING.
