I received a notice of the this debt on XX/XX/XXXX from Procollect Inc. This debt was incurred in XXXX and paid around XXXX to the XXXX XXXX directly. I called and spoke to a representative for Procollect asking for some type of verification on this as it was paid many years ago. All they could provide was that they had spoken to me last in XXXX. I have not been contact by them since. The XXXX XXXX XXXX not have this information any longer as it has been 10 years and they have moved management companies many times over. When I asked for Procollect 's license number to make a report, I was denied. I was unable to find their information as a licensed creditor to make a report online.
