I received a letter from Credit Collection Services ( ccspayment.com ) on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX asking me to pay a debt of {$620.00}, which I do not recognize, neither accept it, because I have never had a call or contact with such company. I called them to the phone indicated in their letter and they were asking me what are the companies I pay insurance for Home Insurance recently, which seemed to me odd because if they know what they are talking about they should have known that information and clarify to me about the debt and who is demanding to get paid. They insisted that I give them the name of my Home Insurance company, so I mentioned that I have Travelers insurance for Home Insurance and conveniently after providing my answer, they told me that Travelers insurance were the ones trying to collect that debt. I told them that I would fix the problem directly with Travelers Home Insurance if there was any problem, and they told me to call them back to resume. What I didn't mention to this Credit Collection Services Company people, and that is where I caught them being a fraudulent company, is that I already paid my Home insurance with Travelers for the whole year and next payment is until XXXX next year, so I don't owe them any money, and even checking my account statement with XXXX insurance, it says that I don't have any debts or pending payments to complete with them. This company is a total scam and I am really XXXX XXXX because they are very annoying going after me with phone calls and mails, like if I owe them something for real. I don't know who can help me to stop them from botering me and my family. Thank you very much for your attention.
