In the last month, I have tried to make three different payments with Nelnet. The first payment was on the day it was due ( XX/XX/XXXX ). On the dashboard, it stated the payment was processing. It stayed " processing '' for 2 days then it disappeared and no funds were taken from my bank account. A few days later, I received an email saying I was passed due. I then tried to make another payment ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) and the process repeated itself. I then tried to make ANOTHER payment ( on XX/XX/XXXX ), this payment is currently showing as processing but I assume it will not go through again and I will get another email saying I'm passed due. I have tried to make contact with Nelnet on multiple occasions within the last month but have received no response. I worry this issue with their system will have negative effects on my credit score.
