I have not received monthly statements on my open-end mortgage/HELOC that is currently being serviced by Statebridge since XXXX of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested a copy of the Note via a request for information. The Note was not provided in the company 's response. There was a delinquency on the account but, in XXXX of XXXX, my loan was reinstated via PAHAF funds. The good-through date on the reinstatement was XX/XX/XXXX. As of that date, I began calling Statebridge, the servicer, to request monthly statements and to request the ongoing amount owed and the date that I would need to make payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was informed by a representative named XXXX in the loss mitigation department that there is a cease and desist status associated with my account and that I needed to follow up with a representative named XXXX. As an aside, I have probably called Statebridge 15x in the past year and have always been referred to XXXX and have only been able reach him one time. Since the XX/XX/XXXX call, I have tried to follow up with him numerous times and received no response. I was told that my ongoing P & I payment is $ XXXX, but I do not know the interest rate, as I have never been given the Note. I asked for a copy of the Note again via Request for Information sent on XX/XX/XXXX and have not yet received a response. In that same RFI/NOE, I requested to receive monthly statements, as there will be no way for me to keep track of the loan without the Note and the statements.
