I am paying monthly automatic payments. i needed to lower the payment amount and did so but they told me it is not enough and threatened to follow through with the law suit if i didnt raise the payment amount in XXXX. I was under the impression that as long as i was paying for it they could not dictate the payment amount or threaten me if i didnt pay the amount they want. It felt terrible and after thinking it over the last couple of months i decided to file the complaint that professional credit made me feel like absolute garbage and that my financial well being is in danger having to pay more to this agency. I did not realize the payment had been declined and stopped so i reached out to them to start payments at a lower rate than i was paying before. the woman i talked to said what i was offering to pay ( which is all i can afford and still feed my kids ) is not enough and i will have to raise it in XXXX
