I tried to send money to my mom in XXXX using XXXX. I accidentally connected my FNBO direct account to the XXXX XXXX account on the FNBO XXXX website. FNBO directly held my account and told me to reach out to the company. I did call 5 times. The customer care agents just emailed the Fraud department requesting the information and reaching out to me for more information. but no one contacted me. I finally talked to a customer care agent named XXXX who reached out to the Fraud department. he said the investigation would take 1-2 months and I have no access to my money in the accounts. The process of investigation is not able to disclose and I will receive a check after the investigation. I did not know if this was a typical procedure to hold my money for XXXX months for just the simple mistake I made on the website. I would like to ask if you tell FNBO direct to speed up the investigation.
