Consumer Narrative

I just got back in town from work. While going through my mail, I come across this letter dated XX/XX/2023 informing me that I have an unpaid bill of {$170.00} with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). This is the second time I have received this letter and have informed them that I still have an active account ( internet and mobile ) with this company. I consider this as harassment and trying to get money from me illegally.
