For the last year I have been actively requesting Experian to remove the below account that is fraudulently linked to my account. Each month I follow procedure and submit a dispute letter accompanied by a FTC Report, yet the company refused to acknowledge the fraud. Today XX/XX/25 I was informed that the last 5 dispute letters I submitted had not been processed one of which is attached to another CFPB complaint I have with the company. In that complaint I provided proof that the debtor was reporting misinformation across my bureaus and Experian NEVER PROCESSED THE REQUEST! They are actively refusing to acknowledge factual documentation that would warrant a removal of this account. In retaliation for my complaint Experian misused a dispute for a credit inquiry to remove all my positive revolving credit accounts with XXXX XXXX! They also refused to remove the one account listed in the report that I did not belong on. Experian has stripped me of my consumer right to fair credit reporting and has maliciously caused me extended financial harm.
