I have been unable to view my Equifax Consumer Report for over a year, either via XXXX or directly at my.equifax.com. Upon attempting to access same, I constantly receive this error : " Please give us a call. We can't complete your request at this time. Please call the Customer Care team XXXX. '' Equifax provides no further explanation. On XXXX XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX, I called Equifax at XXXX and spent 90 minutes on repeated holds, and talking to a representative located outside the jurisdiction of United States. Despite the lengthy and unproductive phone call, Equifax 's representative refused to connect me with anyone empowered to resolve the issue but provided XXXX # XXXX and a promise someone would contact me. To date nobody ever called the phone number I provided. At XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX while on the phone, Equifax sent me email claiming the issue was resolved. This is false. Nothing has been resolved. On XXXX XX/XX/, Equifax wrote me an email instructing me to reset my password, just as the phone rep did without success. Attempting to reset my password repeatedly yields the same " " Please give us a call. We can't complete your request at this time ... '' message. Instead of resolving its issues, Equifax instructs me to follow the same steps repeatedly and expect a different result. I write in sheer exhaustion of trying to deal with a broken company that operates offshore and can not provide mandatory consumer credit reporting information, and refuses to provide me access.
