The company for months claimed I owed them {$5400.00} XXXX kept telling them I did not. Months prior I filed an identity theft report with XXXX XXXX police department in Connecticut, I told XXXX that my information was compromised by someone who claimed to be them. They just kept giving me the runaround This is a conversation between myself and a supervisor wherein they admit to filing fake inaccurate credit reports, I maintained my calm but this thing had been going on for some time and they continued to make errors and promises to correct them but did not. XXXX video of Conversation between myself and XXXX bank supervisor : XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent the documents required to have the false reports removed from my credit file, but months have passed and nothing has been done.
