I pay the outstanding balance of my Comenity credit card each month. I mailed a check for the total balance due on XX/XX/2023. I used my card and it was rejected. I called the Company and was told no payment was received and the card was placed on hold. I checked my account online and the XXXX payment had not been posted to the account. I spoke to the representative XXXX and explained my check was mailed XXXX. The date it was to be paid by was XXXX. Since I wanted to be able to use my card, the representative took my checking account information and paid the missing payment. I was told it would be a week before I could use the account again. In the meantime, I received the next month statement which had a {$25.00} late fee and {$40.00} of interest. Today I went online, and saw the payment I made on the phone on XXXX and also the payment I made on XXXX for the same amount .which was posted to the account on XXXX. Nineteen days after it was mailed. I called the Company today to try to resolve this. I want the late fee and the interest removed. I pay the bill the day received for the entire balance each month.
