The bank did not follow banking regulations. They haven't sent a mortgage bill in over four years to someone who has passed away and I made a mistake and purchased a property with a mortgage. My mistake is the bigger mistake so I'll end up losing the property in foreclosure but the person who passed away had owned the property for over 50 years and there was no bill, so being careless and not getting a proper title search is understandable. I'm fine with losing the property, it was only {$7000.00} so it is not a huge loss but it would be great if a regulator could look at the bank 's business processes.
