Square 's customer service attitude is perfunctory, and they arbitrarily quote payment terms to limit customer funds. Even according to the 12 and 36 payment terms they provide, there is no explanation ( right ) that Square can retain customer funds permanently, it is illegal, and the customer account team is arrogant and rude. Do not reply to customer emails and ignore customer requests. I requested that my funds should be released immediately as promised in the email when they deactivated my account.
