Once again XXXX and Experian have furnished a negative account on my consumer report after receiving my debt validation, and my demand of removal. The letter stated that if vystar repost on my consumer report without sending me debt validation they were to IMMEDIATELY pay me {$75000.00}. My rights have been violated 15 USC 1692 and 15 USC 1611. I will have the CFPB help move matters forward in collecting damages from both parties. Also if account is charged off, then said account is paid which means it's canceled. 18 USC 8 Please see attachment. That letter was certified sent to XXXX XXXX the account number was from XXXX. Experian account number is XXXX
