I received no warning or information that all of my bank accounts would be frozen with Capital One. When I called, they let me know that they can not provide me any information as to why my accounts got shut down, but due to an internal review I can't bank with Capital One anymore. They let me know I would recieve a check in the mail of my available funds in my checking account within 7-10 business days. It has now been 14 days. I called again and they told me that my account is just under review, but hasn't been closed yet and that once it closes, then they'll send me my money. They can't tell me why my account is under review, or when it will be done being under review. They said at this time, they don't know when I will have my money. They are withholding my money for an indefinite amount of time, and not giving me a reason why.
