On XX/XX/2023 I received notification that a hard inquiry hit my report Via XXXX XXXX. I contacted the company to let them know that I did not authorize the inquiry, and I was told that I would need to wait 5 days until it could be reversed. I continually tried to call the company until I was told I would have to dispute with the credit bureaus. When I disputed said information to Transunion and requested validation, I would receive a response that the information was validated. On XX/XX/2023 I sent correspondence to the company requesting validation, according the Fair Credit Reporting Act I am entitled to be shown an original contract bearing my wet signature authorizing this transaction.
