Experian & XXXX NEVER Did Proper Investigation according to the FCRA Into the Identity Theft On Accounts with XXXX XXXX XXXX Everything about this account is Inaccurate Dates, Balance down to the status of the account The term investigate consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information They did not do this. Because if they are getting verified information from the same SOURCE why is the information on both Credit Bureaus Inconsistent with whats being reported on my report Also they have violated more of my rights According with the fair Credit Reporting Everything must be 100 % ACCURATE!! The credit bureaus stated this account was properly investigated but how if I am a victim of IDENTITY Theft They Also Violated the law because according to 15U.S.C 1681 Sec : on 602 A States I have a RIGHT to Privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Sec : on 604 A States a Consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction. I have not giving anyone permission to furnish any information regarding this mattEr
